I’ve walked my own awakening path through many seasons of life, including the twin flame journey, and it’s led me deeply into embodiment, nervous system healing, and emotional steadiness. What I share doesn’t come from theory, it comes from lived experience, inner work, and a lifelong background in health care, along with energy-based practices like Reiki and IET®.

My heart is to help others come back home to themselves. Whether someone is moving through a twin flame journey or simply wanting more peace, confidence, and self-trust, I guide them through simple, grounded practices that support daily life. I always emphasize inner union first, because when your relationship with yourself becomes steady, everything outside of you begins to meet that steadiness.
